At its heart, Persevus is a recruiting firm. Their problem, before they contacted me, was explaining to potential clients how they were different. Which they actually were and are. They are not like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or any of the dozens of other job boards that claim to have some all-knowing algorithm that sorts through the resume chaff only to end up spamming your HR department with CVs that don’t know their web developers from their registered nurses. No. Persevus has a rigorous process that’s powered by humans to find other humans who are legitimately qualified for whatever gig a company is looking to fill.
My task was to give them a unique voice and clarify their language. You’ll be shocked – shocked, I say – to discover this resulted in a new website (www.persevus.com). And a very, very low-budget positioning video that nonetheless received a special judge’s citation from the AAF Awards.
